Subhash Joshi, an IIT graduate holds Bachelor in Technology (B.Tech) degree in Chemical Engineering. He has more than 42 years of experience in the adhesive tapes industry. In 1980, he started his career in adhesive tape industry in production department of "Permacel" division of Johnson & Johnson India.
Since then, he has worked on and installed more than eight units, including Coater machines from the United States, Germany, Korea, Taiwan, Italy, and India. The majority of these projects were established solely by himself, and they are all successfully thriving.
As per the needs of the industry in the Middle East, he has produced a number of innovative new goods for the first time.He even conducted Technical seminars on "Coatings & Laminations" As a 'Technocrat,' he has excel in his work and product development, which have been either created or modified, to ensure the maximum output efficiency and quality.
He was the first person to begin producing BOPP packaging tape using a water-based adhesive utilizing the Mayer Bar coating method in india. Also, he is an expert in the field of coloured and printed tapes and has successfully presented numerous tapes for the first time in the Middle East.
